Sponsorship & Finances Team

The Sponsorship & Finance Team helps fuel the goals of Project Trashion. The team consists of go-getters and managers that are responsible for creating and maintaining opportunities and partnerships with the local community. Financial managers keep track of all financial activity within Project Trashion whereas Sponsorship managers create financial and in-kind opportunities for every stakeholder.

Sponsorship & Finance Director

As the Sponsorship & Finance Director, you will holistically oversee the whole Sponsorship & Finance Team.

o   You understand the fundamentals of accounting and finance management

o   You have a great attention to detail

o   You have experience in using excel

o   You are community-driven and a team-player

o   You understand the big picture, see ahead and plan for contingencies

o   You have the ability to gauge and judge deadlines and timings met

o   You are organized and able to delegate and manage people



o   Oversee all SF activities

o   Create S.M.A.R.T. goals and deadlines for the team to achieve

o   Responsible for working on agreements with partners and sponsors

o   Work with the board to ensure all outstanding payments are met

o   Manages, organizes and ensure all transactions are recorded and kept in archives

o   In-charge of hiring the SF team

o   Collaborate and coordinate with other Directors on meeting objectives and goals

o   Create and ensure deadlines of all of the departments under you to be met

o   Build a strong relationship and channel of communication through compassion and leadership together with the team

o   Attend weekly Directors meeting

o   Run weekly Sponsorship & Finance team meetings
